Rosé made of 100% pinot noir. Bouquet of hibiscus, orange blossom & watermelon. Bright palate with hints of juicy peach, stone fruit & strawberry, and a crisp, dry finish.
Aging: 100% in neutral French oak barrels for 9 months, finished in stainless steel for 1 month prior to bottling.
Winemaker’s Notes: The wine is light and ethereal, fitting perfectly into the Vin Gris style, a very light rosé made from red grapes with little to no skin contact. Whole cluster grapes were gently pressed and made straight to juice. This created a pale, shell-peach hue, we like to call it “Rose Gold”.
